What kinds of product does KingHow manufacture?
We have an exhaustive list of products that we manufacture, but we are primarily in the bag. Backpack, Duffel bag, Sports gym bag, Equipment bag, Cooler bag etc. We also export some connected items to our customer like Camping tent, Sleeping bag, Camping mat, Caps/Hats, Umbrella and more.
What kind of fabric and branded do KingHow work with?
Polyester, Nylon, Canvas, Oxford, Ripstop water-resistance nylon, PU leather are our most common fabric. Branded with printing and embroidery are available. KingHow has a great deal of experience sourcing virtually any material needed to sew your product. If you have specific material requirements that we can find it for you.
What is the typical lead time for a sample or order?
Usually, sampling will need 7-10 days. The typical lead time for a custom-made item is 4-6 weeks depending upon sewing requirements, quantity, and availability of raw materials. In cases of rush orders, we will work with you as best we can to meet your ship date requirements.
Does KingHow design or develop product for customer?
Actually, we do not design and develop a new product for customer. But we will assistance our clients to do this job, with our experience we can give suggestion on product and help find solutions to get a best decision.
Does KingHow provide samples?
Free sample normally, but if make a complex item or need open mold, should have a charge to cover the cost of pattern development, mold setup and procurement of materials. When an order is placed, sample fee will be deducted from order amount, and a pre-production sample is always provided for sign-off before production begins.
Is there a minimum quantity for ordering?
For a made-to-order or custom printed item, the minimum order quantity is 100 pieces or $500. We try to accommodate customers whenever possible. However, if our manufacturing is not set up to accommodate your product efficiently, we may require a larger quantity to cover setup costs.
Does KingHow supply all of the raw materials required to make an item?
KingHow is very flexible with the procurement of raw materials for your product. Through our network of suppliers, we can source just about any material at cost effective prices. On the other hand, if a customer would like to supply the materials to us, we’re happy to accommodate them. For unique hardware or other hard-to-find items, we’ll work with you to determine the best procurement strategy.
What payment term does KingHow require?
KingHow requests credit references from all new customers and performs a credit check before work is begun on their first order. We often request a down payment of 30-50% on your first order. Before shipment of the order, KingHow will mail an invoice for balance. For reorder, we can do 30% deposit and 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
